Our Catamaran

The Mirage Catamaran is a 76-foot luxury yacht, custom-designed and constructed by Mark Werhley, leveraging over 40 years of experience in sailing and boat building. This remarkable catamaran, built by the esteemed Matrix Yachts, is tailored to navigate Cape Town’s unpredictable weather, making it South Africa’s largest and safest private yacht. It is Africa’s first 130-passenger luxury catamaran. The Mirage features two spacious decks with a flybridge and elegantly appointed interiors. The lower deck boasts retractable glass windows, for all-weather comfort.

The Mirage Catamaran is the perfect platform for weddings, private events, and parties, accommodating up to 130 pax, including caterers, DJs, and entertainers. However, the actual number of guests may vary depending on the type of event, as extra staff such as first aiders, lifeguards, bouncers, and crew may be required. You can rely on a total number of 115 pax of your guests to have an unforgettable sailing experience aboard the Mirage Catamaran.
